That’s why we’re hiring a Client Service Lead — a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and commercial growth driver who’s as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on a brainstorming call.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor our Account Managers and Executives to deliver award-worthy campaigns.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and position Plugin as a true partner — not just a vendor.
- Drive the department’s revenue targets while ensuring timely, seamless delivery across all accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, Creative, and Production to make sure ideas don’t just look good — they work.
- Own Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews, campaign reports, and new business opportunities.
