Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer. The role is located in Tema, but some work from home is acceptable. The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Daily tasks include software development, troubleshooting and debugging applications, implementing data storage solutions, and performing back-end integrations with front-end developers. Collaboration with other team members to develop and execute project plans will also be essential.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development using PHP Laravel
- Experience with Software Development and Programming (3 - 5 years)
- Exposure to Front-End Development principles is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in cloud-based solutions and knowledge of data security practices is a plus
