RideMyCar is seeking to recruit IT Personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network systems.
- Monitor system performance, security and data integrity
- Provide technical support to staff and end users
- Install, configure and update software and systems as needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal IT solutions
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functional
- Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and system efficiency
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or network management (1 - 3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, networking and cybersecurity basics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Location: Accra & Kumasi
