We’re a growing IT services company expanding across Ghana and looking for Sales Associates to join our team. If you’re ambitious, target-driven, and love building client relationships, this role is for you.
Your Role
- Prospect, pitch, and close new clients
- Present solutions clearly and persuasively
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records and work with technical teams for smooth onboarding
You Are
- A strong communicator and negotiator
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organised
- Comfortable approaching businesses and decision-makers
- Sales or marketing experience is a plus — recent grads welcome
