Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in QHSSE, preferably in an LPG, oil & gas, or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance management.
Certifications
- HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is an added advantage.
Knowledge / Skills
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk management practices, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software for QHSSE monitoring and reporting.

- QHSSE Team, Terminal Staff, TAS Coordinator, Contractors, Industry Regulators and relevant external stakeholders
