4 Our Life Tech is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team working on healthcare technology solutions that impact millions of lives across Ghana. The ideal candidate will help develop and maintain our suite of healthcare applications. You will work alongside our team of both frontend and backend developers, ensuring our applications are robust, user-friendly, and align with our mission of making healthcare more accessible for all Ghanaians.Skills and performance can gurantee Full-time Hiring.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications for our healthcare platform
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use while ensuring cross-platform optimization
- Integrate our applications with healthcare APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Implement security and data protection measures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
- Conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
- Document development processes, architecture decisions, and technical specifications
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP
- Proficiency in database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Knowledge of frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
