Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager at Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel, located in Accra. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, conducting account management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills.

Day-to-day tasks will include managing financial accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial data, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Analytical Skills for financial data analysis and interpretation
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
