Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a General Manager at Zara Travel And Tour Company Limited, based at Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain financial performance.
Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing budgets, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
- The ability to manage travel, tours, and ticketing is critical
- Operational and leadership skills within the hospitality industry
- Experience in budget management and financial planning
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards compliance
- Proficiency in staff management and development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
