Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent located in Kumasi. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing customer service, managing and maintaining client relationships, and performing insurance brokerage activities. Additional duties include advising clients on insurance options, conducting financial assessments, and handling client inquiries.

Qualifications
- Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage skills
- Finance skills and understanding of financial products
- Customer Service skills and ability to manage client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
