Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tema for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing brokerage services, managing client relationships, offering financial advice, and ensuring excellent customer service. The agent will split their time between working from the company office in Tema and working from home as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge and experience in Finance
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
