A Quality Assurance (QA) Training Officer delivers appropriate quality assurance training to company personnel. The person is chiefly responsible for designing and delivering effective QA training programs within the company.
A quality assurance trainer
- Maintains up-to-date training records
- Maintains quality training requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities
- Designs all training programs for new and existing employees, including implementation and evaluation.
- Periodically visits company branches to conduct reviews and training sessions
- Creates and revises standard operating procedures in conjunction with relevant staff
- Assesses staff competency within departments to identify training requirements
- Supports launches and/or enhancements of various platforms used to provide service to clients
