Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the sales and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, is looking to hire Sales & Marketing Executives who shall work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidates should be passionate for the “art” of sales and marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies and be ready to work in a results-driven environment to drive sales results.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers.
- Introduce various Zonda vehicles (pickups, SUVs, light trucks, Heavy trucks etc) to potential Customers and explain to them the features, pricing and financing options of the vehicles.
- Follow up on leads, assist in closing deals and coordinate vehicle delivery to customers.
- Cooperating with the Marketing and after-sales team to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategies.
- Selling the products of the company (heavy duty vehicles, light duty vehicles, SUVs and machines).
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and many more.

Required Skills or Experience
Academic Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing and it's related courses.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience as a Sales Executive/Marketer in the automobile industry is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills. Good appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
