Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leader in the sales and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, is looking to hire B2B Sales & Marketing Executives who shall work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidates should be passionate about the “art” of sales and marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies, and be ready to work in a results-driven environment to drive sales results.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategies.
- Selling the products of the company (heavy-duty vehicles, light-duty vehicles, SUVs and machines).
- Liaise with governmental agencies and market/ sell the product of the company
- Achieve sales target
- Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Follow up on clients and contract payment
- Understand company product and brand.
- Organize market research on competitors, industry and clients for project needs.
- Generate leads.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams and many more.

Required Skills or Experience
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Sales Executive/Marketer in the automobile industry is preferable.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing and its related courses.
- A minimum of 4 years of working experience as a Sales Executive/Marketer in the automobile industry is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills. Good appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Be customer experience (government, enterprise clients).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Maintain and update databases for accuracy and timeliness.
Salary: GHS 3,000 plus
