Africa Sales Academy (ASA) is partnering with AIDEC Digital to train and deploy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as part of a broader initiative to help Ghanaian businesses grow revenue, build pipeline, and strengthen their go-to-market capabilities.
We’re looking for high-potential individuals who are hungry to learn, ready to work, and excited to be part of a real-world sales experience that makes an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
As an SDR on this project, you'll:
- Learn and apply outbound sales strategies
- Conduct research to identify target prospects
- Send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
- Follow up with prospects to book qualified sales meetings
- Track outreach and performance using CRM tools

What You’ll Gain

Who We’re Looking For
- Early-career professionals or recent graduates based in Ghana
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Confident communicators and good writers
- Proactive, reliable, and coachable
- Available to work part-time or full-time from mid-Nov 2025
Location: In-person (Accra) with some virtual activities ( Cohort training will mainly be virtual )
Stipend: Performance-based with training included
