Reform Pharmaceuticals Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Data Officer.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collecting information and documents to be entered into the system
- Inputting data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data
- Verifying and correcting data where necessary
- Transferring data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
- Creating and managing spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
- Validating and updating the data on a regular basis
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation complying with data integrity and security policies
- Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed
- Performing clerical tasks as needed, such as filing and photocopying

Qualification Required & Experience
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- HND or degree
