Responsibilities
- Vehicle Management: Responsible for the maintenance, repair and dispatching of company vehicles. Register driver attendance and record driver assignments and vehicle status/dynamics.
- Dispatching Plans: Formulate and arrange vehicle routes and task plans based on requirements. Follow up on vehicle accidents and breakdowns, taking necessary emergency response measures when required.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate and communicate work between departments to ensure smooth operation of tasks. Assist the fleet leader in arranging, supervising, and checking passengers' carry-on items according to passenger flow requirements, strictly prohibiting the carrying of dangerous items on board.
- Safety Supervision: Continuously observe the physical condition of each driver and the performance of each vehicle, resolutely preventing faulty vehicles or unfit drivers from operating. Report potential hazards immediately upon discovery.
- Document Management: Responsible for sorting, inputting and summarizing documents/vouchers, and providing feedback on data and information as required by leadership.
Qualifications
- Must have 3 years eof xperience in automobile management and dispatching work.
- Prefer to have experience in a logistics company before.
- Good communication Skills.
