What will your role be?
The Coordinator, Management Control and Reporting, provides key indicators for the company’s strategic and operational management. He/she plays a strategic role in designing and producing reports, developing strategic directions and budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing optimisation plans.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN MISSIONS
- Oversight of the Management Control Function
- Budget and Forecast Management
- Design and Production of Reports
- Ad hoc analytical works
- Team Management
ACTIVITIES
- Oversee the Management Control Function
- Contribute to defining the strategic directions of Advans Ghana in collaboration with General Management.
- Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, providing recommendations to operational departments for necessary adjustments.
- Optimize costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Implement dashboards and monitoring indicators.
- Track the financial and operational performance of Advans Ghana.

Budget and Forecast Management
- Organize the budgeting process and ensure coordination between the various departments and divisions.
- Review and consolidate budgets to establish a reliable overall budget.
- Monitor actual performance against the budget and propose adjustments to General Management if necessary.
Development and Production of Reports
- Design and produce monthly operational reports to monitor performance and facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure data reliability while optimizing its presentation.

Required profile
You have a:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to data-related work.
