Job Summary
We are hiring a CRM Manager to implement and manage the local CRM system, ensuring accurate PSI data collection and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CRM systems for Accra BMMC.
- Validate and analyze PSI data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices.
Qualifications And Skills
- Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in marketing, preferably in the ceramic/tiles industry.
- IT background with strong Excel skills.
- High responsibility, detail-oriented, and under 30 years old.
- Experience In CRM Systems Is Preferred.
