We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities, while also contributing to the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Duties:
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and execute regular visits to healthcare professionals and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
Marketing Duties:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, samples, and promotional items.
- Provide insights to the marketing team regarding customer behavior and market dynamics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
