Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director, Regional Expansion, based in West Africa with some work-from-home flexibility. The Managing Director will oversee regional growth initiatives, develop and implement strategic plans, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure successful market penetration.
Daily tasks will include building and leading cross-functional sales and operations teams, developing strategic partnerships, and reporting on budgets and regional performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Skills in strategic planning, leadership, and market research
- Experience with stakeholder management and relationship building
- Strong project management and budget management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Familiarity with the trade and logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
