Job Title: Professional Driver – Executive Vehicles (SUVs/7-8 Seaters)
Reporting To: Company Director / Management
Job Purpose:
To provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation services for senior management and guests, ensuring high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company executives in high-end vehicles including SUVs (e.g., Nissan Patrol, Toyota Land Cruiser) and 7 to 8-seater cars.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ensure daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, cleanliness, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle inside and out.
- Follow routes, time schedules, and traffic laws strictly.
- Keep a logbook of trips, fuel, and maintenance.
- Manage minor mechanical issues and report major problems immediately.
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding executive movements.
- Be available for flexible working hours including weekends or late hours, as required.

Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of professional driving experience, including VIP or executive driving.
- License: Valid Ghanaian driving license with a clean record.
- Knowledge: Good familiarity with Greater Accra routes, especially Tema and Accra.
Skills:
- Polite and well-groomed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to handle stressful driving conditions calmly.
- Preferred: Candidates living near Community 10 – Tema.
- Additional: Background checks and reference verification will be mandatory.
