Full Job Description - Read Carefully


We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant who is not only skilled in administrative support but also has experience in sales, marketing, and telesales activities.

This unique role combines traditional PA duties with business development and client engagement, playing a key part in supporting the growth of our brand and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.
  • Organize documents, reports, and records.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and client outreach.
  • Conduct telesales and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Support marketing campaigns and social media activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track sales performance.
  • Liaise with potential and existing clients to build relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong sales and marketing background (experience in telesales is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in a PA or Sales/Marketing support role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of interior design, real estate is an advantage.
