We're seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Logistics Officers. If you're passionate about logistics and delivery operations, we'd love to hear from you! This role requires strong organizational and supervisory skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments using our Delivery Information Management System (DIMS)
- Track shipment inventory and assign consignments to Dispatch Riders, Logistics Officers, and Drivers
- Monitor dispatch activities in the field and perform daily shipment reconciliation
- Track e-commerce deliveries, cash-on-delivery, and undelivered returns
- Supervise operational staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Submit daily operational reports

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field (Social Sciences acceptable)
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in:Courier services,Warehouse management,General logistics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Accra city layout and logistics
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
- Innovative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in working with electronic data systems
