Responsibilities
- Oversee daily banking operations and supervise all bank office operations
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
- Several years of experience in banking operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and bank of Ghana regulatins
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
