Adehyeman Savings and Loans LTD, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of an expansion drive to deepen financial inclusion and improve the livelihoods of its customers for a better future below are the position required: Network/IT infrastructure Officer
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the institution’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and systems
- Ensure network security, performance and reliability to support banking operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network engineering
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity and cloud computing
