Full Job Description - Read Carefully
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to lead the writing of training materials for a national project in agriculture. The person will help design Competency-Based Training (CBT) programmes by developing job standards, lesson plans, learning guides, and tools for assessment. The work will be done in close partnership with government agencies, training schools, and experts in the agriculture sector.
The assignment will run from July 2025 to January 2026 and may include some travel to selected regions in Ghana.

Requirements
- The ideal person should have a strong background in education or curriculum design, with at least 7 years of experience in writing or reviewing CBT materials.
- Knowledge of Ghana’s TVET system and experience in agriculture or technical training is a big advantage.
