Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Accessible Health Services (AHS), a growing lab and ultrasound center with plans to expand into a mini-clinic, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer who will also serve as the Supervisor for the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
As Business Development Officer
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow client base and revenue.
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, schools, and companies.
- Promote AHS services through both direct marketing and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement business strategies for expanding health screening services and virtual consultations.
- Support the rollout of new services including mini-clinic operations.

As Supervisor
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the AHS facility, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
- Supervise and support staff.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and customer service standards are maintained.
- Liaise with the General Manager and management of partner facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HND or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in business development or health facility supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Previous experience in the health sector is an added advantage.
