Overview
This is a contract National Service Personnel role at Optimal OMD Ghana, located in the Greater Accra Region. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to analytical skills, communication, customer service, sales, and finance.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations within your assigned department.
- Support ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives.

Minimum Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, Graphic Design, Finance, or related fields.
What Makes You Successful?
- Completed National Service eligibility requirements (per local legislation) or about to be placed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, agility, and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
