As an Account Management & Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent post-sales support. Your ability to meet sales targets and enhance client satisfaction will contribute directly to the achievement of company goals.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to address client needs.
  • Understand client objectives and deliver customized solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Execution

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Account Management

  • Oversee the entire client journey, from acquisition to ongoing service delivery.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Build long-term relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Market Development

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to expanding the company’s market share in designated territories or sectors.

Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales or account management role, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
