Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Lead located in Accra. The Sales & Business Development Lead will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, developing new business opportunities, training sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, nurturing existing relationships, providing training to the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Experience in Sales Management and Training sales staff
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
