Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of brand visuals across digital and print platforms
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and campaigns
- Create and edit compelling video content for promotions, social media, and internal use
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to develop creative concepts
- Maintain brand consistency and quality in all visuals
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Requirements
Required Skills or Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
- Ability to lead creative projects and work independently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals
Nice to Have
- Animation or motion graphics experience
- Basic photography skills
- Experience working in real estate, hospitality, or luxury branding is a plus
