We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Officerto develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage our online presence, and drive brand awareness through engaging content creation and targeted campaigns across various digital platforms, aligning with overall marketing and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with company branding and marketing objectives across platforms.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers on social media platforms.
- Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and achieve marketing goals.
- Update and maintain company website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with company initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret social media data.
- Proficiency with photography and content creation software is a plus
