Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash
- Reconcile shift-wise daily collections and ensure timely, accurate bank deposits
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit & loss accounts, cash flow reports, and budgets
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to prevent financial irregularities
- Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with Admin, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure financial discipline across the hospital
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance reporting through technology (e.g., accounting software, dashboards)
