Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Accra. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, managing travel and tourism activities, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales. This position involves planning itineraries, coordinating with service providers, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.

- Plan and organize tour itineraries for clients.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during tours.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to enhance tour offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in managing Reservations
- Sales experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and multitask
- Familiarity with local attractions and travel industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred
- A diploma, HND or Degree in tourism management, hospitality, business administration or a related field.
- possess a valid Tour operating licence
- Passion for travel and customer satisfaction
