We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team! This role involves assisting customers both in-store and online (WhatsApp, Instagram, and website), processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and via WhatsApp/Instagram messaging
- Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Manage social media interactions and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain and update the store’s website with product availability
- Operate the POS system for transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Keep the store organized, clean, and stocked

Qualifications
- ND/ HND or equivalent experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience (perfume sales is a plus)
- Proficiency in social media handling and website management
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
