You will be responsible for managing the profitable and sustainable Credit growth of the Bank’s Corporate and Commercial client base and to ensure that the high standards demanded by Corporate and Commercial clients are maintained through efficient and innovative product and service delivery.

Are You Someone Who Can
- Ensure the strategic management of all areas within the Corporate and Commercial Credit department
- Responsibly grow the CCIB advances portfolio by achieving the stated budgets for the respective segments.
- Achieve consistently high standards of credit governance and portfolio management
- Control and monitor all departmental expenses to ensure appropriate cost and budget management
- Develop innovative service improvement strategies that will ensure the maintenance of the high standards demanded by our Corporate and Commercial clients
- Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legendary service delivery
- Ensure that the credit proposals are designed comprehensive enough
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have
- The relevant qualifications
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
