Euro Homes Interior is a leading furniture manufacturing company known for its innovative designs and high-quality products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and help us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance the visibility and sales of our furniture products.
- Manage the sales team and manage clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team, social media platforms, digital marketing efforts, and online campaigns to ensure alignment with our brand identity.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to elevate our product offerings and brand presence.
- Create and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, and web content.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
- Maintain and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is cost-effective.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
