Reload Freight Global is a fast-growing logistics and freight solutions company, providing top-tier services across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. With an expanding presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for both hardware and software systems.
Job Description
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all IT-related functions, including network systems, hardware maintenance, software updates, cybersecurity, and technical support for office staff. You will ensure all IT systems run efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance operational performance.

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management
- Oversee setup and configuration of workstations, networking equipment, and office devices.
Software & Systems Administration
- Oversee CRM, dispatching software, and other logistics-related tools used by Reload Freight Global.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Manage firewall, antivirus software, and internal IT policies.
Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in the Ghana office.
- Train staff on IT best practices, security protocols, and software usage.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
Collaborate with leadership to align IT with business needs and growth strategies.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, networking (LAN/WAN), cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
