NTU is searching for consultants (short and long-term) for an upcoming EU tender in Sub-Saharan Africa, Technical support (including on ‘evaluations’) to manage the Support Measures (Technical Assistance Component) for the Multiannual Indicative Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Protection & Human Development
- Strengthen national social protection policies and frameworks, ensuring they are comprehensive, inclusive, and sustainable.
- Support the design and implementation of contributory and non-contributory social protection schemes in collaboration with national governments and regional institutions.
- Promote shock-responsive and gender-transformative social protection strategies, with a focus on vulnerable groups (women, migrants, persons with disabilities).
- Assist in developing sustainable domestic and external resource mobilization (DRM) strategies for long-term financing of social protection.
