Nathawo Properties is a leading construction organization dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our team at our Obuasi site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external auditors.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian financial regulations and tax laws is an advantage.
