The Talent, Development & Communications Partner will work with the HR team on talent development and communications across Ghana. They will work in collaboration with the WAF team on the review and implementation of communications, talent, and development frameworks to improve ECOM’s employee experience, culture and promote a learning organisation. They will work with managers and BPs to define training needs across the business and develop solutions that close identified gaps and support the growth of key employee groups.
The incumbent will play a leading role in the development of talent in Ghana and by extension across the ECOM West Africa Region (with particular focus on NSPs, line managers, and leadership development programmes). They will have responsibility for data collection and reporting on all development and training indicators set in a particular year to ensure high-impact development programs are delivered.

Qualification/Experience
- At least first degree in Human resources, Social Science or business related
- A professional qualification in L&D/ talent management/coaching/facilitation skills is a plus
- At least 6-8 years’ experience in talent management and development
- Experience in working in a matrix organisation
- Experience developing frameworks, systems and/or programmes from scratch
- Experience in conducting training needs assessment and remediation
- Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills in order to influence a significant change in talent management across the Region
Skills / Knowledge
- Ability to think strategically, act quickly and motivate people
- Pragmatic, fit-for-purpose approach
- Microsoft office suite applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Tech-Savvy with skills in data management and analysis
- Excellent written, listening and oral communication
- Knowledge of online instructional design and learning management systems/tools will be an added advantage.
- Strategic with strong problem solving skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
