Jarinet Ghana Limited is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the job position of Domestic Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Dust and clean the furniture, windows, and surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds as required.
Laundry & Ironing
- Wash, dry, and fold clothes, towels, and bedding.
- Iron and store clothing and household fabrics properly.

Food Preparation Assistance (if required)
- Assist with preparing and serving meals.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas after use.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them properly.
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- SHS qualifications required, but a background in cleaning or housekeeping is beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role (care home, hospital, hotel, or domestic setting) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and health & safety procedures.
