Role Description
This is a contract Medical Director role at Bengali Hospital. The Medical Director will oversee medical operations, collaborating with physicians generalists, and specialists ensuring quality care for patients. This role is an on-site position located in the Tema Metropolitan District.

Qualifications
- Experience in Medicine and collaborating with and leading Physicians and other health professionals such as nurses, midwives, etc.
- Leading medical Specialists in OBGYN, Eyecare, Pediatrician, etc.
- Strong Clinical Leadership and Management skills.
- Excellent communication, Decision Making, Risk and Crisis Management skills, Interpersonal skills
- Great Decision-Making, Risk, and Crisis Management Skills.
- Medical degree and board certification.
- Prior experience in an Executive Leadership/Senior Management team in a hospital setting.
- Preferably 5-20+ years of medical experience.
- A recently retired medical doctor (general practitioner or specialist) with clinical leadership experience is a plus.
- Good standing with Ghana Medical and Dental Council and other regulatory bodies.
- Ghana Medical License in good standing and current.
