Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior architect to lead the design and execution of high-quality architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural process, from concept development to construction, ensuring that all projects align with our sustainability and innovation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with local building regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee and coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure all designs meet sustainability, safety, and functional requirements, integrating eco-friendly and cost-effective solutions.
- Review and approve architectural plans, making necessary adjustments to enhance design efficiency and practicality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring completion within scope.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project development.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Licensed or registered architect in Ghana (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated experience in sustainable architecture and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
