Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager at 44 Wood Ghana in Accra. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. They will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and quality control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the kitchen cabinet design or interior fittings industry.
Skills and Competences Required
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience in interior design, furniture design, or architecture
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
