We are looking for an experienced Truck & Tipper Driver to transport construction materials, to and from one site to the other safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be ready to relocate to where he will be assigned. Must have a valid driver’s license E,F.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks and tippers to transport materials to and from one construction site to the other.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of materials while following designated routes.
- Load and unload construction materials as required.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and construction site regulations.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in minor vehicle repairs when necessary.

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience driving trucks and tippers in the construction industry.
- Proven experience operating tipper trucks and handling heavy loads.
- Good knowledge of local routes, highways, and construction site logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow site instructions.
- Strong attention to safety and defensive driving skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling loading/unloading tasks when needed.
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic truck maintenance and minor repairs.
- Familiarity with construction materials and handling procedures.
- Ability to operate other heavy machinery (e.g., loaders, excavators) is a plus.
Location: Accra ( will work in other regions of Ghana)
