We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Officer to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of outputs, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring and Inspection:
- Conduct routine inspections of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address deviations from quality guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement quality enhancements.
Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on changes in quality control regulations and standards relevant to the industry.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Support teams in understanding and implementing quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in BPO.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
