Overview
To deploy Sales Business Plans and in-store Fundamentals with customers within an assigned territory or channel to maximize our brands' consumption and achieve the company’s sales objectives.
In-store Execution
- Deliver superior in-store fundamentals in line with desired objectives in order to maximize the sales of our brands
- Execute Sales Business Plans flawlessly to achieve targeted business volume and in-store fundamental objectives.
Account penetration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate and achieve the desired sales fundamentals.

Territory Coverage
- Ensure all assigned outlets are covered within the agreed frequency to sustain in-store fundamentals, and achieve volume objectives and desired productivity measures.
- Identify new and potential customers within the assigned territory and recommend that they be added to the coverage plan to maximize sales volume and in-store fundamentals results.
Market Intelligence
- Communicate any event taken by customers and competitors which can impact our business in order to allow management to take the necessary actions.
Business Process and SOP
- Strictly adhere to all the related HFS CBD SOPs in order to ensure smooth business conduct and efficiency of the operation.
Working culture
- Live the company values and Principles in order to ensure that the company values are upheld.
Qualifications
- University Graduate
