Role Description
This is an internship role for a Technical Support Intern at CITSYS LTD. The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for the Shop Support Department while ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Osu, Accra.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Intermediate understanding of hardware, software and networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems (windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Satisfaction-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus
