We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong technical skills and expertise in Odoo systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, network infrastructure, and software applications, including Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
- Odoo Administration: Manage and maintain Odoo systems, including module development, customization, and integration.
- Network Management: Ensure the stability and security of the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain software applications, including operating systems, productivity software, and specialized applications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats, including virus protection, firewalls, and access controls.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, including troubleshooting, guidance, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, with a strong focus on Odoo systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in:

- - Odoo systems (ERP, CRM, HR, etc.)
- - Windows and Linux operating systems
- - Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- - Software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications (or equivalent).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- ITIL Certification: ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
